I had the most incredible experience at this hotel - not only did they exceed my expectations, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I mistakenly left my ID card in the room, and the staff not only found it but also personally delivered it to me, which was a huge relief and a testament to their excellent customer service. the heating in the room was exceptional, keeping me warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. Lastly, the kitchen utensils provided were top-notch, making it a breeze to whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough for their attention to detail and exceptional amenities.
